I "begged" him to do additional work that I deemed "necessary" (upper lift etc) but he would not budge and I am in awe of his understanding of what works on an individual basis. I found the length of time unreasonably long. No inquire calls were made about my health prior to the 3 month's mark. I think the issue that sticks out most, for me, is the follow up care for an out of town patient.
