I wish they placed more emphasis on aftercare and customer follow-up. Good service shouldn't end the moment the transaction is over

I truly never write reviews, but I had to write a review here. Many years ago, I had implants put in after my children., I gained a lot of weight with both pregnancies. The implants became encapsulated and very painful over the years so when I moved to Florida, a friend recommended Dr. Lombardi.. not only did I have my implants taken out, but I also had Lipo on my stomach , even though I was always very skinny I always had a huge belly that popped out . Anyway, went to Dr. Lombardi and he took my old implants out and gave me a lift and a reduction , he also did lipo on my stomach. I am a week and a half out and I love the results. Everything looks so natural my stomach even swollen looks amazing .. thank you !! the staff here is fantastic. Sophie is the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Lombardi. read more

I had a nose job many years ago and it seems like they gave me way too much anesthesia. I went in early in the morning and they released me when it was dark. My boyfriend was freaked out as I was still out of it until the next morning. The nose job left me barely able to breathe but he kept saying there was nothing wrong on my follow up appointments. I finally went to a reputable ENT doctor who corrected it by surgery at Jupiter Medical Center and by the way no problem whatsoever with the anesthesia either. Avoid this guy in my opinion. read more

The following is based on my experience and opinion, which is my 1st amendment right. If you've ever watched the show "BOTCHED", well, if you go here you could become a guest on that show! I hired Dr. L to do a revision due to a bad Mammogram that he, stated in my initial consult, had flipped one of my implants upside down. He'd be able to remove and revise and make me good again. I made it very clear that I wanted to be the same size or a bit larger to fill out some age looseness. He said sure, that was definitely a go. I'm a healthy woman that regularly runs up 20-30 miles a month and attends the gym 3 times a week. The surgery was done the first week of January. I had a follow up with his PA and I expressed my concerns that the implants were extremely smaller than what I wanted. I now have excessive sagging skin under the implants, under my armpits and on either side of the implants when I leaned forward. This is something that should only exist after years of having them. He finally agreed to see me nearly 5 weeks post surgery. I anticipated this visit to be him saying yes, perhaps we used too small of an implant. They didn't ask me to disrobe and he came in to the room yelling that I got what I wanted, grabbed my hip and said I have sagging there also and left the room! I WAS SHOCKED at this unethical and abusive behavior in my opinion. There are plenty of hacks and plenty of good Plastic Surgeons do your homework and choose wisely. I have pain everyday now. I can have this bad job fixed for $$$$$$. But with the costs of everything going up, it's probably out of my ability to do so now. read more

I do not even know how to apply stars to this review as I am ambivalent about writing this review probably 3.5. I decided to go ahead, if only to get this off my chest as it really bothered me. Dr Lombardo is an excellent surgeon. I had capsular contracture in both of my older breast implants and one had ruptured. Dr Lombardo did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. His staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not feel the same way about Dr Lombardo as a "doctor" because I feel like doctor's care about their patients. He did call that evening to make sure all was ok, and stuck his head in the door the next day as the gauze came off. After that there was nothing. I know according to the State Board doctors are allowed to delegate your care as long as they stay on top of it. His staff is very capable or I'm sure they would not be there. Upon learning that I would not be seen by Dr Lombardo on any of my follow up appointments, I became disheartened as I have never experienced anything like that before. If I requested to see him on a follow up, I would be called and asked "Why?" Upon expressing my honesty that it made me feel as though he did not care about my outcome or progress, as he was the one that went to medical school. He was the one that performed the surgery and he was the one that I wrote the big check too. This made me feel like I was just another notch on the surgical belt and he was on to the next procedure and big check. After this revelation, the temperature in the office changed and my follow up appointments were quite cold from the staff that was once welcoming and friendly, except for the sweet nurse Sophie on my last and final six week follow up. Dr Lombardo never saw me again and didn't even come to see how I felt with regards to my results or wish me well. For this reason I would not see him again or recommend him, unless this is something that you do not care about or would bother you. Just overall not a very classy operatio. read more

Picking my family from surgery after they were overly rude to us all day today. They are treating my family like it's a good delivery at a restaurant! Lombardo was our family surgeon but after how he botched this surgery with not even being able to give a scheduled date. It was a "I'll call you before next friday" then I'll call you Monday with the time for Tuesday. Surgery for people over the gate of 65 is not a joke. He is obviously no longer caring about his patients and his nurses are over the top rude. They made us sooooo scared with the first call that they aren't even safe enough to do the procedure. I will make sure after she recovers properly to update this review if they can update their unethical attitudes. read more

Not very impressed. Was here for laser treatment for my daughter. They always run late and are condescending about it. One of my friends waited for 45-minutes after her appointment time and then left. The staff called her and asked: "Why did you leave?, you would wait longer at the Doctors office!" Disappointing to say the least. If you want to be treated like you ate s Doctor's office, then behave like one. read more

What a terrific experience And we have been through this before. The next day she was ambulatory and barely taking her meds. He told us it would be relatively painless and it is. I highly recommend him and his operating room is on the premises in Jupiter. His staff is professional and helpful and very good looking. My wife went in for a leaking breast implant and had both replaced in under 40 minutes. The doctor is very friendly and does not rush you. He is happily married and his wife works in the office with him. A background check revealed he is spotless and has done everything right in life. He has been practicing in Jupiter for 22 years and I would not send you anywhere else. So grateful for finding him. read more

Had a bad experience with this doc. He performed a surgery for me and I did not like it. He then did the redo but before that proceeded to tell me the mistake was not on him it was because my face was asymmetrical (duh that's why we go to a plastic surgeon to fix it) before my second surgery he advised me I should go see someone else because he doesn't feel comfortable continuing the surgery. He kept insisting that his work looked the same but after even comparing pictures and asking friends they could tell that it was different. So now I have to get a third surgery. I'm not impressed with his lips either there's parts of my body that are uneven and very noticeable. He also gave me Botox and filler while I was under anesthesia which i thought people should be awake for so you can make facial expressions to help guide where it needs to be put. Overall I wouldn't recommend him. Maybe he is great at breast but I don't think anything else. I only gave him two stars because he did redo it but it still wasn't the expectations I wanted. read more

They only care for money. Dr. Lombardo let me with a deformity. Terrible experience, I don't recommend him. After you paid the total balance, he turns in a different person after your money is in his pocket and he will never wrong if he left you with an asymmetry he blames you. I recently had breast implant exchange from saline to silicone and bilateral capsulectomy. Dr. Lombardo was wonderful. Unfortunately, i woke with a scratched cornea that i did while waking from anesthesia, but that hurt worse than the actual surgery. Lol i went in the next day for a follow up, and he noticed i was developing a hematoma in my right breast. He immediately had me back in to surgery to evacuate it. With out that 24 hour follow up, it may have gone unnoticed. My results at this point are better than i expected. With other consults i was told i needed a lift and all this other crazy stuff. Quoting me close to 20k for breast surgery. It was insane! I explained my concerns to Dr. Lombardo and he stated "why don't we try an exchange and you may be pretty happy with the results. You can't undo a breast lift, but you can have one later if you aren't happy with the results." That spoke volumes to me. I was so impressed with him and how he listened to my concerns and fears and then put all the options on the table for me. And the last thing, the personal phone call from him the night of surgery and the day after really made me feel like i was not just a way to make money, but a patient that he cared about. I had my breast done in 2005 and my first experience was great. Then 9 years later one of my breast leaked and I was still under warranty but I was going to go bigger. I changed my mind the day of surgery and DR Lombardo got so mad and his bedside manners were so bad his assistant keep apologizing for his behavior the whole time during surgery, that I was awake for and crying my eyes out the whole time. I felt like I was being rapped! My arms were tied down while he was cutting me with such anger. And still hopping to put the bigger boobs in me when I was tied down on the table in the middle of surgery, then got ever anger when there wasn't enough room. Nobody should have to experience this. I still cry when I think about that day, I actually when to theory to recover from that day and I also had x-ray to clear my mind that he didn't put something in me cause he was so full of rage. Well my another breast is now leaking and I am going to a different plastic surgery to get them fixed. This doctor is all about money!!!! read more

I never met Dr. Lombardo until my PreOp/Consult day. Other than that, it was speaking to him over text/phone and sending pictures to get an idea. I booked before meeting him in person as I heard MANY great things about him. The day I went in for my PreOp/Consult day (day before surgery) Dr. Lombardo took one look at me and told me the surgery I was wanting would not provide the results I would be expecting. He gave me 3 different options and ways to go. I was nervous because I wasn't expecting to hear what I heard. However, I took his advice and went with what he thought would be the best option for me. Not only did he do a great job, I have great results, but his overall staff was amazing. They give the best care possible and make you feel like you have known them for years. His office manager Desiree is great. Anything and everything that could possibly be needed from questions to care she was there to help. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lombardo for ANYTHING and ANYONE. His honest opinion, his results, his patient care and everything is more than I have personally witnessed from other Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeons.
