Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

It was clear it would need to be towed away to the auto repair shop. I went to Google to find a towing service and this was the company that came up. I couldn't have hoped for more caring and competent service to get my car to the shop and swiftly on its way to repair. Mike showed up as quickly as possible and brought my car to the auto repair shop, leaving it to await staff early Monday morning. I had it back by Monday afternoon. Anytime I called for a tow, Angel's prices have always beaten anyone else's. Sometimes by a lot. Most places charge a minimum of $200 these days regardless of how close you need them to go. I've never known Angel not to give you the price before he goes to pick it up so don't say yes and argue later. Perhaps if you know you don't have the money right then he could work with you but don't be a jerk and then expect favors. My experience has always been fair, pleasant, professional, and quick. If you read the Google reviews that has been everyone else's experience too. It just makes me so mad when entitled people who don't get their way and don't get over on someone then go on a review platform to bash a business or a person's name.
