She knew exactly what we needed and kept everything easy, fast and low stress. Several other employees checked on us and everyone was so helpful. The whole store was clean even the bathrooms. I would strongly advise against shopping here…read more They will say whatever it takes to make a sale, including assuring you that a dress can be altered when it simply cannot. Instead of offering a real solution, we were told to use body tape--which is unacceptable when you're spending $500-$1,500 on a dress. To make matters worse, our daughter has severe skin allergies, so body tape is not even an option for her. When I raised these concerns, the person claiming to be the owner responded with, "not my problem." They refused to accept a return, even though we had the dress for less than 30 minutes and immediately took it to an independent alteration specialist--something their own salesperson suggested, noting their in-house alterations were "very expensive." Even their own alteration person later confirmed the dress was not suitable for our daughter. We had originally been told that if this were the case, a refund would be issued. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, we were once again told to "use body tape." Now we're left with an $800 dress that cannot be worn. I recommend staying away. Also, take the time to research the ownership--because the person I spoke with on the phone misrepresented who they were. Absolutely unacceptable.

Not a lot to choose from and it's "retail" prices. There are 4 racks of attire and one wall of shoes - brooks, saucony, Nike, Craft, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful. If you see something online while shopping in store, they will check the inventory on hand. Most clearance items are here. If you're looking for running shoes this is the place. You can return worn or unworn shoes within 90 days.

Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business.
