Nemacolin is one of those "best kept secrets" you hear about through friends. It is a golf resort…read morebut soooo much more. We returned yesterday from a family vacation (23 people. From 8 years old to 80). Not one of us golf but we still had a great time. It's a 4 or 5 star resort filled with every sort of activity. We played paintball, climbed the rock wall. Went off road-ing. Shot clay pigeons at the Shooting Academy. Spent way too many hours at the Casino. And everyone flew down the Zip line .... Even my 80 year old mother. The only limitation was the variety of food. Although the restaurants were wonderful with amazing attentive staff and delicious food, we (as finicky eaters) hoped for additional choices. It is a small complaint as Nemacolin overall was wonderful. For golfers, the courses were pristine. Although I was not able to play due to health reasons, I walked much of the course and was wholeheartedly impressed. I highly recommend Nemacolin for the avid golfer, a family vacation or any type of get-away.

The membership deal is one of the best around and you can't beat it for the money. The pool is newer and the special events throughout the year have been a lot of fun and a great way to make new friends.
