They me asked every class for money (loudly) despite repeated requests for their online payment center. I had to make no less than 5 phone calls to the owner to finally get it paid. One month before recital, my 3 year old's teacher was fired and the rehearsals fell apart. We would have followed this awesome teacher if she stayed in the area, as she was the only thing that made it bearable. I still receive emails despite repeated attempts to be removed from their mailing list. I do get snarky responses in return to my requests, though!
