I was told by an employee that he would get the hat out of the case that evening and have it available for me to pick up next morning. I returned the next morning to get the hat and it had not been removed from case. The employees that morning told me they could not get in case and left it at that. Very disappointed I went out of my way to get a hat I was promised and none of the employees could get it for me.

There was no issue with the return, however, as we were leaving the store we noticed that they were putting the tag from the new hat onto the old one so they could turn around and sell it to someone else. That is a dishonest thing to do. Someone else will buy this hat, thinking it was new, when it had been worn before. Shame on you

The window displays were amazing so we went in Diane helped us while we shopped and I thought she was the friendliest salesperson around. The entire family held conversations with her since she was easy going. I picked up boots, shirts, candles and various other items. This store had a little bit of everything. The kid picked up kid stuff - lol Hubby didn't get anything but he was looking at a nice cowboy hat. Prices were fair and reasonable We all enjoyed our experience and if we are ever in the area we would definitely go here.

Great value clothing store for Yellowstone tourists!…read more The prices here vary depending on what you're looking at, but there's an awesome clearance section at the back of the shop that has a ton of great offerings. When I stopped by, there were plenty of $7 shirts and pants, $4 women's dickies long sleeve button down shirts, windbreakers, $18 thick Yellowstone hoodies, and more. I'm thrilled to have scored $7 and $12 quality windbreakers from this store. They had Yellowstone emblems on them and originally go for $30+ each. The cheapest price I saw for quality windbreaker jackets were $24 elsewhere in the tourist town. Worth a visit! Hope you score some fabulous souvenirs at great prices too! :)
