I returned the next morning to get the hat and it had not been removed from case. The employees that morning told me they could not get in case and left it at that. Very disappointed I went out of my way to get a hat I was promised and none of the employees could get it for me.

The window displays were amazing so we went in Diane helped us while we shopped and I thought she was the friendliest salesperson around. The entire family held conversations with her since she was easy going. I picked up boots, shirts, candles and various other items. This store had a little bit of everything. The kid picked up kid stuff - lol Hubby didn't get anything but he was looking at a nice cowboy hat. We have lost the playmill, the IMAX, Dairy Queen, and this year we lost Smith and Chandlers. After 100 years of being a great store, it has been sold out to different owners and they are not carrying the same quality stuff anymore. Great value clothing store for Yellowstone tourists!…read more The prices here vary depending on what you're looking at, but there's an awesome clearance section at the back of the shop that has a ton of great offerings. When I stopped by, there were plenty of $7 shirts and pants, $4 women's dickies long sleeve button down shirts, windbreakers, $18 thick Yellowstone hoodies, and more. I'm thrilled to have scored $7 and $12 quality windbreakers from this store. They had Yellowstone emblems on them and originally go for $30+ each. The cheapest price I saw for quality windbreaker jackets were $24 elsewhere in the tourist town. Worth a visit! Hope you score some fabulous souvenirs at great prices too! :)
