We liked the "Forever West" store for apparel and souvenirs in the middle of West Yellowstone. It's not a chain store, and it shares its name with a tourism slogan, so if there's a web presence, i didnt see it, except for an out-of-date social media page. No matter. It was easy to find them in a wide storefront on Yellowstone Ave. We got a few fun things at fair prices. Everything from mugs to license tags. Sunglasses, too, which is handy. Plenty of all-cotton tops. We didn't see many that were larger than 2XL, but what we found was on sale: a souvenir long-sleeve 100%-cotton 3XL top for 20 bucks. Nice! (Jul 2026) read more

They over charge you and then you don't realize it until you have left. You believe you are getting the discount like the sign shows but when you add up you stuff later on they haven't. They off a hat at sale price for buying 2 shirts but it's a rip off because they charge you the full price for the shirt, not what the sign shows. When you get your receipt it's just one total. I was there in October 2025 and was served by the owner Liran Mor Yosef the worst business owner ever and liar, scammer he tried to charge me more because i had lots of items. It appears he was doing this to most of the customers he thought no one would notice. all Merchandise is one time use you wash it and throw away. Having spent two weeks enjoying Western hospitality and feeling welcome by the locals, I was shocked at a racist tee shirt prominently displayed. "Black Bears Matter" is an ugly and demeaning phrase that has no place on a shirt or anywhere else. This is a large store with hundreds of clothing options. Surely the owner can better demonstrate American values and Christian love and acceptance. read more

Spent this last week in West Yellowstone and the Park, after stopping here the first night and getting some awesome Sweatshirts on clearance pricing, I ended up stopping and shopping for something more just about every day. Staff friendly and accommodating, variety and selection is incredible. Being open such long hours each day, store kind of reminded me of a Key West vibe. My family and friends visited Forever West souvenir shop yesterday. The store is fabulous; however, two of the gifts (Mama Bear and Papa Bear mugs) that our family's friend's kiddo bought his parents broke on the way home. I tried to call the store but the phone number is disconnected. If the owner of the store or employee or somebody who knows the owner could assist us we would greatly appreciated it as these were for Christmas presents for this kiddos parents. We will gladly change our review five stars as the stores worth it but the fact that customer service was poor due to no phone service is super disappointing!! UPDATE: We called W. Yellowstone Visitor Center and a sweet lady actually went to the Forever West Souvenir Shop for us and tried to get a phone number or give them ours to so we could make contact to repurchase/replace the coffee mugs. They said they said they don't do that and would not help us. I'm so saddened that they would not assist us. Now this boy will be crushed that he can't give his parents the items he bought. We walked in seeing the Yellowstone "train" hoodie. In less than five minutes, we had a custom Yellowstone hoodie in the size we needed and he even suggested we do a front pocket design as well. We absolutely loved the product, the price & the store! Best customer service around!! read more

If I could give this store a negative review I would. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen. COVID or not. I understand it's tourist season however when a child accidentally breaks glass and you follow them around the store is unacceptable. And proceed to yell at the customers when they touch anything including holding clothes up to see if they will fit. I specifically told the worker that we would be back to pay for the item we broke but we had other things we were getting however when they followed us around the store and made snide comments about us still holding on to another item we were going to purchase is an absolute joke and rude. To those workers working today at 3:30 pm you should consider working in a different setting as customer service is not your forte. read more

Most honest business owner!!! My husband left our purchase on a bench outside of the store we left and did no notice the missing bag until we returned home It was returned to the store (An Honest person on the street Thank You) The owner tracked my husband down on facebook until he found him and then quickly put the items in a bag and send to my home He did not need to do this but he did I will shop this store every time I go to Yellowstone Great deals and merchandise The real deal!!!!
