This year I posted a small sign saying that the plant was not a weed, and do not pull. The poppy I replanted in 2024 was finally getting to a nice size and about a week from bloom. Again this week, they pulled out the entire plant. I emailed again, with no response. I had asked them in 2024 to please not weed the area after pulling the poppy the first time. (no other plants around it were touched) I chose to review because it is a repeating problem and I am being ignored. That's not good customer service.

They have an arborist on staff who walked our grounds with the board and helped us identify tree needs and make long term plans for maintenance so we can factor that into our long term budget. Our sidewalk and parking lot is always cleared promptly and thoroughly when it snows. Walking from the bus stop I have wished more businesses contracted with Carrington because there is such a dramatic difference when you get to our sidewalk and the walking goes from treacherous to sure-footed.

Shaun Barr told me and my neighbors that his company was bonded and insured when I interviewed him, but if anything went wrong, his insurance would pay for it. While Shaun Barr of Early Morning Landscapes employee was cutting down a tree when a large limb fell, causing damage to the side of the garage. The before photos showed no hole on the side of the garage, while the after photos did show a hole in the side of the garage. Despite promising to fix the damage since September of 2022, it has yet to be completed. They are trying to scam me. I will take them to small claims court.

We asked him to trim up a small bathroom as we just got new floors and wanted to replace the trim. The guy took forever, got dirty handprints all over the place and did quite an average job with the trim. Holes weren't plugged up and areas near doors and tight corners were done with shortcuts. To the company's credit - we did complain about our experience and they did give us a discount on the bill. I'm sure they have other areas that they excel in as well. . . but if you need trim work done, I'd probably look somewhere else.
