My husband and I went here in late March to complete our 2025 taxes. My husband called the day before to ask if we could walk in and they recommended making an appointment. He made one for the following day at 1:00pm. The day of we arrived 15 minutes earlier and checked in. One hour passed by before my husband asked about our place in line. They told him there were other people who have appointments and that he'll be called shortly. Another hour went by and I followed-up about our place in line. This time she COULD NOT find our paperwork. We saw her scramble in the back and ask other co-workers. Once she returned she said we were 3rd in line. When we were finally seen-- we were the 4th in line to be called and two people who checked in after us for their 1:15pm and 1:30pm appointments were called BEFORE us. WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We were really upset by this point. Reception had a lack of organization and abysmal management of customer walk-in and appointments. I strongly recommend that this is something that needs to be reviewed and improved upon. Other than that I would recommend their services- that's if you can get past reception. read more

My taxes wasn't incredibly difficult but for someone who frequently forgets to sign the bottom of her form every year, it could certainly cause a lot of trouble for the future. Dang Tax Accounting helped me amend my taxes and file one for the prior year. They were super nice and even offered a discount. Although I couldn't make it in to the physical location as I live in Seattle, they were willing to work with me through online submission. This year is the first year I decided to go to a tax preparer rather than file on TurboTax. My wife and I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and were promptly confirmed. We arrived before our appointment time on Apr 11 but were surprised to see lots of people sitting in line ahead of us. They overbook appointments and then expect you to wait. We waited over an hour to be seen and were told that they would e-file our returns the Friday after our appointment. As of this review (Apr 17) my wife and I have called and multiple times about the status of our return and the person on the phone keeps telling us that they are behind on filing and "we will try to submit your taxes by the deadline". What kind of business is this??? I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid headache. I understand that taxes get hectic around the due date but you'd expect more from a 20+ year old business. Also note that this business operates under two names "Charlie Dang Income Tax" and this, and both have two different listed phone numbers (and widely different sets of reviews). I will never come do my taxes here again. read more

Michael did my taxes but i should have requested someone else. I had a complicated situation, and while i asked for ways to save, it was clear he didn't have much experience and knowledge to do more than what i expected. He also forgot my name 3 times, as i started with emails, phone calls, and in person. Each time i called, I had to remind him who i was, my tax situation, and only then did he recall my situation. For my 2nd visit, he was surprised that i was on his calendar, because he had another name listed (but i think this was more the secretary's who misheard my name and recorded it poorly on his calendar). His response to emails are slow and delayed, often waiting 3-4 days before i got a response back from him. I get that its tax season, but unresponsiveness from the accountant is a big red flag for return business. My tax return was filed, but it was up until the 11th hour on tax day, with me pestering for confirmation through emails and phone calls. In the end, his rates are not expensive, but you really get what you pay for. This was the first time i used an accountant, and because i had a difficult situation that required IRS payment, i was hopeful to get some real advice and help to save me some penalties. Not much with this agent. I'll be looking elsewhere next year. read more
