I have requested via phone and email that my insurance quote be updated before my next payment is due, so I can see if I'm still overpaying with the newly corrected bundled discount and their sales people are extremely slow compared to other agencies on getting me updated quotes via Email. Its been over a week of dealing with this and still not updated quote. On the other hand, I'm getting voicemails and emails from other insurance agencies who want my business.
