Everything automatic and in place for years. Called on issues - ball always dropped by office. She is NOTHING Like my old agent who retired! I put in 10 yr life insurance policy with Alicia - Knowing time is coming up.... "I" called in. It expires tomorrow! When I asked why would you not send out notice was told by Mark (assistant) We have over 1500 clients do you expect us to contact EVERYONE? Aghh YES I do expect a call - with CRM software its easier now than ever! For a NO SERVICE office, one might as well go to "an e service" there is 'NO good neighbor" here. Mark actually said "so you went with someone else for your life insurance.... again - "YES - why would I stay with any state farm office who takes me for granted!
