    I became a client of allstate Home insurance the end of 2022-23 premium for the year was $786.00…read more The next year premium 2023-24 $1086 a 38% increase I said nothing and paid it. The next year premium 2024-25 $2084.00 an increase of 96%.when the national average increase was 31% when asked no one had an answer as to why and i asked alot of their so called resolutionists I have nevr had a claim EVER...it gets better... if i had stayed my new premium for 2025-26 was going to be $4116.00 another 97% increase With This company you are NOT in good hands . If you are kow i switched companies and now pay $1616.00 a year 2025-26 not $4116.00 for same coverage. So you do you...just a heads up to watch them if you have them or are thinking of using them, id rethink it.

    I've been with Allstate insurance for 44 years. I have both my house and vehicles insured with…read morethem. In those 44 years I have never filed a claim, not once. I've paid over $345,602.40 to them. I recently experience a water leak in my house from a pipe inside my living room wall that came up from the floor, which caused damage to my living room carpet, and one living room wall, plus the back bedroom closet and two closet walls and back bedroom bathroom. I filed a claim with Allstate Sharliene Tripp, at the Ina and Oracle location. My claim was denied, after all these years of paying into the system, the "good hands people" gave me the finger.

They were a godsend. They researched my own situation (I have Parkinson's) then presented me with several insurance options. No pressure. They let me decide on my insurance provider. Since then every year they contact me to decide anew on the policy I have. They are and continue to be a great assistance to me and I thank them.

    I would not trust this company; my belief is they are liars. My story is 100% accurate and you…read moredecide the "truth". I was referred to them a year ago or so and spoke with Debra's mother who uses to own/run the company. She said to call back in year when Medicare open enrollment was going on...so I did. I learned Debra took over company and Debra said I would be contacted by appointment person soon...which happened. When I was contacted, I informed appt. person I recently started going to special clinic and they do NOT take Medicare Advantage Plans. But I said I thought having the appt. should go-on b/c I wasn't committed to the clinic. We ALL agreed on date/time of appt. On the day of appt. NOTHING happened, no call no nothing, period...keep in mind I have an iPhone and I guarantee it shows missed or received calls....strike 1. So, I called them about an hour after the agreed appt. time and Amber (BTW is very rude) told me Debra had a previous appt. that ran over, and "they" called me to reschedule...lie #1. I NEVER saw any call or VM on phone and YES my phone number was verified. Moving forward a new date/time was agreed upon for phone call...and we VERIFIED at least 3x they would call me and my correct number. Again, at the agreed date/time no call or VM...strike 2. This time I call back next day and get Amber...again very rude....they said they called at the appt. date/time and no answer...lie #2. Amber in her rude tone said "why didn't you call us"...nice huh...strike 3 you're out. At that point I instructed them to shred my info and NEVER call me. In the end they are insurance broker slugs and if they "feel" they are not going to milk you for premiums you they write you off and then lie...my opinion of course....no way in heck in 2025 does someone say they called an iPhone and call didn't go through...I even called my cell provider and got records no call from them on both appt. dates...you make the call who is lying. Also, Amber should be reprimanded and be reminded about customer service.
