We had an issue with State Farm's roadside assistance. I reached out to Nancy via email twice for assistance. Nancy never got back to me but eventually one of her workers did. We were offered $150 in compensation for our issues that we accepted. It's been over a month since that promise was made and I have not received the money although I have paid State Farm around $500 in premiums in that time. I again reached out to Nancy with no luck but her employee once again called me. She said it is a claims issue and there is nothing they can do. If I was looking to have no agent and no assistance I would have chosen Geico or Progressive. Now this was over $150, what am I to expect will happen if we have an accident and actually need help. We are incredibly impressed with the service we received from Matt, who works in Nancy's office. We are out-of-state, trying to set up insurance for a vacation home. We have State Farm for our primary residence, so figured we would stay with the State Farm company because we are happy with our Gardnerville, NV office. So we originally contacted State Farm's website to find a Tucson agent. They have yet to reply (what's with that?), so we looked on Yelp and found Nancy's State Farm office, with a good Yelp rating. We have had great response to our questions as well as the service thanks to Matt. It was not only timely in getting set up, Matt was wonderful in working with our finance company. While the hubby did the initial work with Matt, I had a chance to chat with him this morning when he called with a status report. He was as friendly and anxious to help/answer questions as people are in Nevada. (That is saying a lot - can't think of a better compliment!)
