Love this agency. Everyone is so nice in the office, always greeting us by name. DON'T DO IT! My Parents signed with this man and after filing a claim due my mother's car being vandalized and purse stolen from it, this man was ANYTHING BUT professional. In fact his chosen response was to use a string of profanity and HIGHLY offensive comments towards my handicapped and elderly father. (i.e. name calling with use of the F word, in addition to fat and s.o.b.). He then proceeds to stand in the way of my father who is making his way to his vehicle to leave and Mr. Crosby tells him he is going to "kick his a**". This from a 40 something man to a 60 something man. I guess it takes a REAL man to pick on the elderly and disabled. All because my parents filed a claim on a policy they pay for. Unprofessional. Cowardly. Sorry excuse of a human being. read more

I have done business with Daniel Crosby and Dawn for more than 16 years. They have been very easy to work with and the quoted prices have always been good. I get personalized insurance attention from Dawn whenever I call. She knows her stuff I have been a State Farm customer since 1992. They are the best and I will never change insurance companies. They wrote me a home owners policy in 1992 after I got dropped by another national company due to hurricane risk. Very few companies were writing policies in the hurricane belt at this time. They took me on at a reasonable price and I am very grateful. read more

Every one in the office was nice, especially Joan who has been helpful during the entire process. Got my house insured prior to my closing while I was still in Florida and everything ran smooth. After I moved they got my auto insurance quote before I arrived at the office. I was able to meet several employees including the boss who welcomed me and personally thanked me for using his agency. I had thought that paying an insurance premium was so that when the unexpected occurred you would be covered. On 10-28-21 I discovered that a rat, squirrel, Chewbacca or maybe even a Chupacabra had taken up…read moreresidence in the engine compartment of my vehicle. While relaxing, this creature of mayhem decided to treat himself to an all you can eat buffet like he was a high roller at Caesars Palace. The damage was severe and most of not all the wires in the engine compartment were severed. 17 different error codes showed during a diagnostic test. While at the dealership, a service representative told me he had never heard of an insurance company covering rodent damage, a common problem in South Carolina. Well the man doesn't deal with Kira at State Farm. After explaining the situation, Kira took care of me and had me on the phone with a claims within minutes. So friendly. Absolutely fantastic service. Not only is the damage covered but a rental car was arranged. This is my first time ever filing a claim but Kira actually made it stress free. Moral of the story, if your engine compartment is ever damaged by a wire eating Sasquatch, be sure you have Dylan Schaefer, Kira, and the rest of the State Farm team on your side!
