Update: So we were going to close escrow on our home, and I called Dan to buy our home insurance. I wasnt able to reach him, and I didn't get a call back after leaving a message. Since we had to finish all the paperwork, we called someone else and got insurance from the first person to call us back. I felt bad that we didn't use Dan, so I sent an email to him explaining what happened, but said we would definitely call him if anything changes (i.e. Our car insurance). It's been a month, and no response from him! I'm sure he's fantastic if we got to work with him. But I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get a response at all (hence the 1star downgrade). read more

Dan is the man. And his staff are honestly some of the best, well spoken people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Personally I hate insurance (as most good, safe drivers do I believe) I'm pretty sure I have never actually used insurance in my 16 years behind the wheel. I dislike insurance giants. I dislike legal terms. I dislike forms etc. that being said dealing with Dan, or Maria or Brian or anyone really over there who picks up the phone makes this more than bearable. They explain things to me, reassure me, ensure I have peace of mind before the phone hangs up. Dealing with businesses over the phone usually is an exercise in frustration; dealing with automated operators or english-as-a-second-language call centers. It's just so easy to deal with these guys. Dan Fraisse and his team set me up with new policies this year for auto, renter's, and umbrella, and I couldn't be happier. They found me great coverage at a competitive rate, and the customer service has been fantastic. Personalized emails and phone calls, even get old school letters in the mail. I really like that. They also did extensive research to see if they could find better coverage for my business liability insurance, and in the end they said I should stick with what I currently have. Dan continually impresses me with his fantastic customer service. More than once I have called him around 5:30 or 6:00 expecting to get an answering machine, but no, he's there working and is happy to help me. Dan helped my boyfriend save about $1500 PER YEAR on his auto policy. We had three other quotes which were all similar, and they were very high because my bf has a few points on his record. We were ready to choose one of those when I thought I should try Dan. He got us a good, comprehensive policy for MUCH less. We couldn't have been happier. However, there are two other things about Dan which are the most impressive I have ever seen from an insurance agent: 1) Our auto policy is with him. When it was up for renewal, he found a new company with just as much coverage for less. Then he switched the policy to that company and paid the down payment himself. We got a notice in the mail asking to be paid for the down payment and letting us know that we now had a cheaper policy. Wow!!! 2) The same thing happened on our contractor's bond. Dan called us when it was time to renew and told us he'd found something MUCH less expensive. I hardly had to lift a finger. Doing business with Dan is a no-brainer: He has the best customer service of anyone and really cares about your needs, AND he's the cheapest. I had a client of mine that asked me for an insurance agent, as their family insurance agent could not get their son insurance on a care they had just bought him, due to a few tickets before his 18th bday. I have used Dan for several of my houses and thought I'd get his quote. The big 3 firms gave us a quote of 19,000 to insure him because of his 3 tickets and that he was a top athlete.
