My family and I were looking around because we were unhappy with both the rate we were paying and the horrible customer service experience. I originally heard of Agnes Simonian from friends and family, they told me how she helped them out a lot, beat their rates and till now she constantly rechecks to see if their rate can get any better, so I decided to see for myself what the fuss was about. I called to see if she could run my rates, Agnes sounded VERY pleasant and welcoming over the phone. She insisted I stop by as she wanted to give me an accurate rate.
