The first was in the early 2000's and most recently about a month ago. The inside has changed significantly with updated fixtures, family rooms, restrooms and seating. I had a private cremation and the owner spent over 2 hours with me one on one, I was able to observe and participate as much or as little as I desired in the process. It was accomplished with dignity, compassion, respect, patience, understanding and integrity. Very professional yet personal service. Remains given to me in a velvet Rainbow Bridge bag and I purchased a Memorial Storage Box on site. There is a Memorial Garden available you can use to spread the ashes if you so desire. I was well pleased and would recommend it to anyone desiring a private pet cremation. They were able to make a hard time a little easier.
