I need to back up and say I was very bothered by the fact that our consultation was being recorded without my consent, as far as I recall. I didn't authorize it, but I also didn't get a choice. The woman looked at my belly, told me I should get my hernia (I've never been told I had one in all of my doctor visits over the years), and to cut back on the carbs (pasta and beer), sugar (wine), and increase my exercise. Yeah, you're not my doctor. I didn't ask you for that advice. She told me they wouldn't be able to help me and sent me on my way. I don't know whether to be happy or pissed at her.

He spent 3 minutes looking at my veins and wrote a prescription for compression hose. After I told him that they give me terrible leg cramps and I did not find them useful. The staff was rude when I set the appointment and I should have trusted my instinct and made an appointment elsewhere. When I called to find out why I was billed and that I had been mislead by the website saying free consultation, I was told they would take my concerns "higher up". But they never returned my call.
