Absolutely love getting my Botox done here. As a first timer, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Edeger sat down with me and talked through everything, he then took photos of my face and zoomed in to check every area that typically gets wrinkles and we decided together if we needed in that area. He saves an album of your photos and shows you your progress everytime you return! Super quick and fast and love that they text to set up appointments! I purchased $1k worth of Groupons to use at this establishment. I emailed, called and left multiple messages to make an initial consultation and no one called me back. This place is a scam. I purchased a treatment for 1000$. So when it came to starting the treatment they asked me to wait 6 months. Because they had an issue with a machine. When they finally started doing what they were paid, they stopped answering the phone calls. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And of course, I can't get a refund from the bank because I purchased it a while ago. I wish I could give no stars. I found this place online and a hydrafacial was purchased for my birthday, and I invited my step daughter to get one after me. We were told we couldn't go back with the other because the room was too small but that was a lie. There were 2 extra chairs in the shape of a lounge in the back. Pros: Our faces felt clean and smooth after, the room was clean, and the lady doing the service was nice. Cons: my service was paid upfront for 90 minutes and it lasted 50 min, same with my step daughter. Plus in the middle of my step daughters service. They asked her to get up and move off the table to get to another machine. How is that relaxing? In no way was the services worth 265.00 each for the treatment. We were not given any aftercare instructions other than to drink water and use spf. We both broke out the next day. My final conclusion. Nothing added up and I felt like there was no communication. You ask for one thing you got another. The over all place felt kinda creepy until you got past the white doors. The walls are so thin that a private consultation given with the doctor can be heard in the waiting room. Part of the staff didn't look put together and play the part of a place who is promoting image. The price isn't worth the service. I would never go back. If I wanted a mediocre service I could have purchased the same kinda tools online and given myself a facial for the money spent. This was a treat to me from my partner and to not be wowed or impressed makes it a really sad and wasteful birthday present. read more

I have been going to Cincinnati Aesthetics since October. I was motivated to go by a recommendation of a friend and a Groupon. My main focus was the sun spots on my face so I chose to do the IPL treatment. I ended up purchasing their Club Membership that includes a monthly/quarterly and yearly service. It is not easy for me to get there as It takes about 40 minutes but I have found it worth it when doing other services. I particularly liked Christina that does their facials. Just looking at her you know she is good as her skin is perfection. When choosing someone that does the work you can only hope they take the same care with their own face. I hope down the road I can go without makeup and only wear sunscreen with a little mascara and lip gloss. Totally recommend Christina for all your face care needs. read more

I purchased a coupon thru Cincy Savers on June 29, 2016 and made an appt. When making the appt, I told the receptionist that I was using the Cincysavers coupon. When filling out the office paperwork, the first question asked was "How did you hear about us?" My answer was "Cincysavers." The coupon clearly shows that it was purchased on 6/29/16, and it expires on 2/12/17. They refused to redeem the coupon less than 2 weeks after it was purchased! After wasting almost 1.5 hours on a consultation, the Dr said that he was no longer accepting Cincy Savers. He claimed that he didn't know the coupon was still running, and refused to honor it. It's the Dr's job to know what promotions he is running--not mine! He totally refused to honor it and told me that I will have to work on a refund thru Cincy savers. This is a horrible way to promote a new business . Basically a bait and switch. I would not recommend this business. read more

I have been considering laser hair removal for quite some time and bought a Groupon for Cincinnati Aesthetics. The receptionist could. It have been friendlier, and the doctor was very nice. After one treatment, my hair growth was reduced about 80%. The Groupon gave me 6 visits and the receptionist was great with scheduling the follow up visit.
