He told him she would need to be admitted to the hospital and after that probably to a nursing home. When she was tested at the hospital all her tests were good and she was sent home. Being a doctor you think he might not have assumed that the pills were not being given (they were) and discussed it. This would have saved the time, cost and stress of the hospital visit.

I booked that and waited. The appointment was cancelled a couple of days beforehand and when I called I was told I could reschedule for another appointment over a month later. I was also during that call transferred to 'someone that can help' and left a voicemail that wasn't returned. When I called back the next day I was told I could get an appointment a month from now or switch to another doctor. So I'll go find another cardiologist.

Everything changed when I needed a simple refill and they wanted to see me for wellness checkup and I informed them that my new PPO insurance sent an RN to my home....done and done....oh no, now need a blood test to see if drug was still suitable and and told his staff to check with my cardiologist. Just had the blood workup. All of this documented on "my chart". This refill never had anything to do with my heart. It's Vesicare and just a generic of that drug. NEVER GOING BACK!

I have been getting calls about this and have explained in detail what my insurance is...waiting on an itemized statement that includes the ICD10 billing codes and how it was submitted. Having done insurance work at a hospital based clinic I know this bill has some issues that are in need of explanation. Typically visits are billed in 15 minute increments. So I want to know how they came up with $368.00.

I called clinic manager Karen H. who was very rude also, canceled my follow up appointment,told me she has a black man and grandchildren so she is not racist. Smh I had RSV since March 7th. Karen lied on me and canceled my doctor appointment and follow ups with my therapist. She is a very nasty lady and karma will get her for sure. I'm so glad I'm not a patient here anymore.
