I wouldn't recommend and would never use him again. Ray was prompt and easy to get in contact with; he was always accessible via text or email. During the inspection, Ray did a thorough visual inspection and offered tips and useful information regarding what he saw. Our particular home inspection lasted about 2 hours and included a test for radon, mold, and oil sweep. We received our extensive inspection report within 24-48 hours of completing the inspection (radon and mold test results took roughly a week since the samples needed to be sent to the lab). We (and our attorney) were very glad that we were provided with such an in-depth report as we contemplated next steps. Ray is a licensed P.E. and his structural expertise was much appreciated.
