So if you like or love privacy, I haven't seen better in Flushing in over 20 years. I've gone to many offices throughout the years.... and I've stuck with this place for over a year now. They have consistent staff, no disappearing act (if and when something goes wrong). Its nice having a professional place to go to, and not worry about the FOB style, not licensed physical therapists.... in private practices all over this neighborhood and Asian community norm (sadly). I was given a 30minute time frame post appointment time. I got here at 2:22pm. There's enough seating for 5 people in the waiting area, in accordance to Covid guidelines. 243pm all new registration was completed and everything was all digital. I didn't have to fill out any forms, just signed my name a few times on an iPad. Love it !

Don't try and scam me for $150.00 for a COVID test. It is currently free and covered by insurance and if you're uninsured, it's free and covered by the government. Why are you trying to scam people? The facility goes back 220 feet from the front door and has a large recovery/preparation room and a procedure area of equal size. Having worked in a major hospital, I am aware of various rules to be followed and was pleased to see them here. I was frequently asked my name and birthdate and everyone identified themselves as to being a nurse, physician, etc. The procedure I had sounded worse than it was and I am looking forward to having my other eye done in a few weeks.

Also many of them spoke very little English so either I was unable to understand their accent or they couldn't understand my question. And they kept asking the same question over and over again. It felt like a factory and they should understand that people who go in there are often feeling scared or unsure and they need an atmosphere that is warm, gracious and where they actually look you in the eye. I don't doubt professionalism though. It was clean. (I'm using a pseudonym for this review because I don't want any conflicts if I have to go back there.)
