Update: After posting my review, this clinic tried to have it removed by falsely claiming that my husband was never a patient. We have receipts, appointment records, and the completed USCIS Form I-693 proving otherwise. When we first called about their documentation error, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, saying "you want it fixed, you pay for service again" and "it's not our fault, we don't need to fix it." She repeatedly cut us off, put us on hold, and refused to help until we mentioned filing a complaint with the New York Department of Health. Only then did they start responding -- citing irrelevant HIPAA excuses instead of correcting their own mistake. They still refuse to take any accountability or include us in the correspondence they claim to have with USCIS. They even told us my husband's varicella vaccine had "expired," which is medically and legally false, and forced him to pay for a new one even though it was already documented in his record.
