The people working there talk obnoxiously loud and you can hear a bunch of conversations while getting your "treatment". The only treatment I got was got some electric therapy for 5 minutes. Then they left me laying there with a ice pack. Comes back, While I am digging into my bag and puts some hot and cold on my knee (can't even wait untill I get my phone out) and says okay next appointment you will do exercise. Than goes back to stand in the corner and talk with the other workers... No thank you, never coming back .. plus the two "therapists" couldn't speak English fluently.

The accounting however, needs improvement. I received a bill for the same date (exact amount) multiple times. It wasn't until later that I noticed I had paid each of those bills and brought it to their attention. Someone at their corporate office told me through email that the repeat payments would be applied to other dates of service. That's all well and good, but it makes me reluctant to trust that any other bills are accurate. I asked for my complete ledger of payments and it was sent to me.

On a later call, the owner personally told me that although the time was open, she would not schedule it because it was "too late for my son to be outside." Let that sink in. Not because of staffing. Not because the slot wasn't available. But because she decided, as the provider, that 7pm was inappropriate for my child. As a parent, I make decisions about my child's schedule -- not a business owner. If there were operational limitations, that could have been communicated professionally. Instead, the reasoning was judgmental and paternalistic. Families seeking therapy services deserve respect, flexibility, and professional boundaries. Unfortunately, this interaction showed a concerning lack of all three. We chose to take our business elsewhere.
