The front desk staff messed up the schedule, and I had some difficulties to contact them. Not recommended.

The healing cap left an indentation in the gum area to accommodate the post and crown without disturbing my gums. My dentist said that Dr. Nedbalski did an excellent job in placement of the implant. This situation took about 16 months since the extraction of the broken tooth. You have to wait about 4-6 months for your bone tissue to re-grow in the socket of the extracted tooth. The dentist who extracted the tooth knew I was going to get an implant so I paid the extra fee of having cadaver bone inserted into the base of the extracted tooth. When Dr. Nedbalski was drilling for the implant, he mentioned that the implanted bone worked as the bone was stronger than usual. After another 5 months I had an appointment to check if the implant had integrated into my bone. That was ok. I called my regular dentist who would be involved with the fake tooth to insert into the implant. It's done now, no pain at all thanks to oral anesthesia. Dr. Nedbalski is good at giving injections. First they numb the area and then inject the anesthetic. He does it slowly because what you feel most is pressure from the fluid. It's so much easier now, not cheap, but it feels like your own tooth when they're done.

However, I had…read moreone tooth recently cause so much pain I had no choice and Longmont Modern Dentistry squeezed me in. They extracted the tooth with extreme difficulty--I have exceptionally strong bone and the thing would not come out. The dentist worked on the extraction for 2 to 3 hours, and even though the initial cost was to be 1850 with a free bone graft of 820 thrown in, they ended up charging me $1234. While the extraction was somewhat painful since lidocaine isn't terribly effective on me, I feel so much better today even with a tender jaw. I'm going to have them fix the rest of my mouth because they worked so hard to do good work and keep my costs down, which is everything to a disabled man of 75.

The dentist said I had terrible periodontal disease and bone loss and need a root canal and a deep cleaning. I said "no thanks". A few days later I got into my regular dentist (out of state...I'll switch to a CO dentist when I find a none scummy one) and he took xrays, examined me for more than 10 seconds, and said "no root canal needed, just some gingivitis. Gave me some special mouth wash and $6 antibotics and a week later I'm 100%. Shame on Longmont Modern Dentistry for scare tactics/misdiagnosing. Read other reviews on Yelp for similar cases.

I was made to have a ct scan which was unnecessary for a check up, and was told that half of my teeth needed work or rework urgently. When I went for a second opinion, only 1 tooth needed fixing. I went back in to get it taken care of and Dr. Sessions was huffy, rude, and impatient with me the whole time. I have extreme dentist anxiety and I told him such, but received no form of kindness or relief. I went back hesitantly six months later to get a cleaning, hoping for better service. I did not even get Dr. Sessions, but I got his partner, Dr. Michael Park. I informed him also about my anxiety. This one told me that I needed all kinds of dental procedures including gum grafts, root canals, and new dental equipment costing hundreds of dollars. This was all before my cleaning. I got my cleaning from a very unsteady (but kind) hygienist and then was informed that Dr. Park was nowhere to be found to take a look at my x-rays. He had gone to lunch and left me in the chair, waiting for a synopsis on x-rays I can barely afford to pay for. I am EXTREMELY UPSET with this organization and I am more terrified than ever of dental practice now. DO NOT GO HERE AS A NEW PATIENT.
