Daniel Poon and his team took on my home and sold it record time. Before Covid-19, my home was listed at $630,000 and we went into escrow for $655,000. It was a good market. 3 weeks into Escrow, the Covid-19 Epidemic happened and the buyer backed out. I was pretty bummed out, but Daniel insured me that he will get this into escrow soon. 2 days after the cancellation, we got back into Escrow for $655,000, I was super excited. After a week, the worst could happen, yet again buyer #2 wanted to back out because they were worried about Covid 19, we were willing to lower the asking price to keep our Buyer, but buyer #2 didn't want to do it. Yet again I was bummed out. Daniel insure me that the market is still strong and made me feel safe and worry free. He suggested for me to increase the sales price. In today's market, my husband and I honestly thought that purchasing a home in Orange County was out of reach, but here we are today proud new homeowners thanks to Daniel's assistance. We had contacted Daniel mid-March about being in the market to purchase a home. Single-family, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ baths, 1,200+ sqft,` $600k budget. He made himself available every weekend to show us potential homes. Daniel is a wonderful person and real estate agent who helped me buy my home in 2011. At the time, due to the real estate crisis, there was a lot of confusion in the real estate market. Homes for sale still had people residing in them, banks were selling properties short without a clear market price or a clear listing, properties were in awful neglected condition with a variety of contingencies placed on them. I'm not easy to work with either and had strict expectations of where I wanted a property (alongside a freeway only). I also wasn't committed either and wasn't going to buy if I didn't get a good value (cost per square foot). I would have happily bought a much smaller home at a better value. Traditional agents, who I had previously worked with, just couldn't keep up with me, or the chaotic market for that matter. But not Daniel. He's quick and thinks on his feet.
