I recommend Daniel Ross without reservation to provide such legal services as he gave me with regard to the federally required renewal for my business mark. In April I received the standard information from the government stating that the renewal period (every 9th and 10th year) was now in its nineth year. While I could do the renewal myself, the government's online service is not user friendly for a legal layman and protecting one's business mark is a reasonably high priority. I contacted several law firms I've used over the last four decades and considered several online law firms that offered the needed services. All of them indicated I should update several of the business specimens that were approved nine years previously, with the cost for their services ranging from a few hundred dollars--to start the process--to several thousand dollars, with no set cap. Mr. Ross, whom I discovered from a Google search and who is located several states away, set up a 15-minute no-charge interview, believed there was no reason to update anything initially, and gave an reasonable price with the guarantee that there would be no additional charges, even if the TSDR required some modifications.
