Mr Myers left me a voicemail saying just go ahead and leave the review. He missed the whole point of how rude Mary was. What I got was Filled out the info request on their website. Took a week before they even acknowledged they received it. They send email for me to log in to automated system to schedule my appointment. Week later I have phone call. Mary starts by asking my address. Then she says "so this was work on this house?" I say no it's rental property. She says "Oh what's that address?" I said didn't you get the info I sent through the website? She tells me it doesn't come to her email. Which is fine except she's making the calls from the info. I start to say that doesn't make sense but she tries to talk over the top of me, very rude. The phone number on website goes directly to her. I'm assuming Mr Myers is a good attorney but not impressed with intake process (now after hearing the voicemail he left it's understandable why Mary is rude.).

I literally feel like I was completely dooped by this individual because he should have informed me that he was not legally equipped, or knowledgeable about my situation to handle because he certainly did not represent me, or for me as well. He sat at this hearing I dare say and watched me make a complete fool of myself trying to represent myself in front of a CPS Attorney and a CPS Client's Rights Officer. Needless to say, he was 100% No help for me at all!!! If Thomarios' conscious allows him to live with himself after charging me the amount he charged and did little of anything for me, it is a sad day and time that people can be like this. Initially the communication was great and I felt like I was in good hands. It is a small law firm, but they are very knowledgeable. After a few months, the communication was abysmal. I would make a call or send an email and would wait actual weeks for a reply. I get it: people are busy and I am far from their only client. I was told initially I would make a down payment and could pay the rest later. Suddenly I was told for them to continue doing work I had to pay them the rest. Okay, no big deal. However the first check was returned to me unopened. Maybe I wrote down the address wrong? I'm not sure. So my ex tried to drop off a check in person and they weren't open. I didn't realize I would have to beg them to take the money. In early December I emailed them, giving them one last chance. I sent another email and finally got a response that they were very sorry, they were in Florida on vacation and would reply when they were back in the office. It's February 4 and still no reply. That's one hell of a vacation! (Mind you, in between that email and January 1 I drove to Florida for a vacation. I was somehow still able to handle my work emails). I tried again. Still nothing, and no returned messages when I called. I genuinely hope everyone there is okay but I feel like something may have happened. They used to be so organized and responsive. As for the half payment? Likely will never see that. Next time you want to waste money, at least have fun with it.
