I fail to see how a Dr living in Spain can be an effective personal doctor. They have associates, I'm sure. If you want to be taken care of by a consortium of Dr's, that your business. But I would prefer one person, one person to rely on and to compliment or complain about when things go wrong. You should not have to see your Dr thru a two dimensional tv screen. I've been a patient for many years. Unfortunately for me I'm back at Kaiser, which is better insurance but less good care. Someday I'll be back. In the meantime you should take my place. Why? You ask. Because Maura provides excellent care. She and the staff are smart and they aren't your typical "get through the day" employees. They all seem to enjoy their day and each other. Plus, what really makes them exceptional is their sense of humor. This is a nifty treat for those of us who savor this human behavior. It's hard to get it right. Too much and it is contrived and distracting. Too little and it's, well, humourless. Dr Moser's office gets it right.
