So far so good! I've been searching for permanent dentists…read moresince covid started. This dental program was highly recommended to me. When I called to sign up as a new patient in September for a cleaning and exam they were booked out to the end of February so I made the appointment. While flossing one day I knocked a filling loose. The filling came out 2 days later. They were able to get me in for an emergency xray and visit in the next week (11/22/23). Last night (11/22/23) they were so friendly and fast! Every single dental assistant and the dentist were super friendly, caring, talkative, comforting, and welcoming. I was handled with extreme care and explained everything step by step while getting a temporary filling. I'm back 12/18/23 for my permanent filling. They said to contact them immediately if I need anything before then. I look forward to being a long standing patient in this practice. Thank you.

They didn't have any issue getting me in right away and reassured me and explained everything really well. They really care about their patients. They have review cards for you to fill out and drop in the box on the first floor after your appointment. Pediatric doctors are the sweetest and really interact with the kids. 10/10 from me :)

When I started going there things got off a little rocky, as time progressed I have been treated exceptionally great. From Office Mgr. Jacob, all the dental assistant, Amy, Alexis, and Lisa, exceptionally Lab Tech Tracie. But most of all Dr. Veena. They all have been very informative before any procedures. They take the time to make me feel like more then just another patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caring, place of business. Frank B

I tried to give this office chances to redeem themselves but ultimately went to a different dentist…read morefor care. I had several canceled appointments that got rescheduled months out which led to a huge gap in cleanings (over a year) which also included during my pregnancy. I needed three fillings which got delayed as well and when my filling appointment finally came up I needed other lost fillings to be a priority so the fillings I needed were pushed back and the front desk had even canceled a needed appointment for me. I had a cleaning scheduled and when the day of the appointment came I mysteriously never had an appointment even though I had an appointment card. They were always calling the day of to cancel because someone was out of office. So an appointment I had waited 7+ months for would be scheduled another 7+ months out. This happened to my husband as well who's goes here and he's gone even longer without a cleaning. What prompted me to leave was I finally had my appointment for fillings which I partly paid for already so I didn't want to waste money. I went and no new X-rays were taken, they did fillings based off a X-ray over a year old and before my pregnancy. The fillings were way off and I'm not shocked as it took only 15 minutes for him to do all three fillings from start to finish. Not to mention while I was waiting for this appointment to begin the ladies at the front desk were mocking clients on the phone who were asking for something sooner as it sounded like it was urgent and the soonest was 3 weeks out. After she hung up she complained to the other ladies and joked about if she had something she would've said so and how much it bothered her. I do feel like certain emergencies they put on hold without care and then are mad about it when you finally come in. I had a crown fall off (one thing that replaced a filling appointment because I couldn't get an emergency visit) and I had to wait 2 weeks before I got in. The dentist was telling me it might not be possible to place my crown because my teeth had shifted and I should've went in sooner. Thankfully after almost an hour of holding the crown tight my teeth shifted and I saved however much they would've charged for that. I went to my new dentist a couple weeks after and they did a whole exam and found those three fillings I had done last were incomplete so I will be paying for them to be done again. Updating this review to add that my husband had his initial appointment with a new dentist as well, and Aspen had told him he needed several fillings and a root canal which he thankfully never had a chance to have an appointment for because he just had new x-rays done and he doesn't need a single filling done in his mouth let alone a root canal. They told him he has excellent oral health. So now I'm wondering if the work on my teeth even needed done because I had seen a dentist not too long before moving states and going to aspen and I went from no cavities to needing those ones filled when I got to their office in a part of my mouth I've never had a single cavity (front teeth) and he had ground a tooth down on the visible portion of my front tooth without discussing he needed to do it and left it rough and you can see where a whole part of my dentin is missing he didn't care to make it look nice. So I'd suggest skipping a visit here.
