The phlebotomist held my arm down and did the blood draw mid panic attack while I was crying for him not to. As someone with past sexual trauma, this was quite triggering and you'd expect those dealing with patients to be more trauma informed, but I guess not. They also put me on new medication without informing me what any of the possible side effects would be or even asking me and have been known to do this to patients.
