Unfortunately I had to end my services with her because I felt she couldn't separate her career from her personal political views. In the beginning it didn't bother me but then it was affecting my mental wellbeing. If your views didn't align with hers she would treat you differently purposely. I guess she felt her views were the only correct views. I hope one day she sees how she is alienating so many women who are sick and need help.

Christie was the first instructor I ever had who really taught me how to do yoga properly in a way that would let me fully experience its many benefits. Her exercises are mentally soothing as well as being physically invigorating. I come away from her classes knowing that I've had a thorough workout yet I never feel tortured or stressed. She intersperses new postures with old so her classes never get tedious or boring. She gives each of her students personal attention, varying postures and exercises based on individual flexibility and skill levels. Christie has a thorough knowledge of yoga and its underlying physiology. She is a wonderfully talented and extremely personable young woman. She has a people-oriented teaching style coupled with a relaxing demeanor and calming personality. Thanks to Christie, my overall physical condition has improved dramatically. After doing that as a mess up, they told me that "they are not a fit" and I quote Courtney the manager. When I told them I was Jewish and I couldn't pick up my prescription that they screwed up on after 5 o'clock (shabbat). For their mess up, they're telling me that they're dropping me as a patient. I've never seen such a dysfunctional practice and will be reporting them to all bureaus under discrimination.

I called to set up an appointment…read more I told them I have been doing acupuncture for years, but was just switching because they took my insurance. I filled out their questionnaire, then went to the appointment. Well the doc is trying to sell me everything under the sun. Then he finally does the acupuncture. I had soft tissue damage in my upper back from a car injury. So he decides to put the needles in my chest. Nerves have long pathways so I figured I'd give it a shot this way. Not only did it do nothing, but unlike my previous doctor, who I've gone back to, and will actually pay the extra money, the needles sites hurt the next day. Then I keep waiting for a statement to pay my $25 co-pay. A year later I get a bill for $290.They are claiming that's the fee for a new patient visit. When you go to a doctor for a physical for the first time do you pay a first time fee? Of course not. Now my insurance company is equally to blame as they said this was not in network when they sent me an email that it was. I told them this office is defrauding them because the acupuncture is a separate additional $95 charge, of which I should owe the $25. Well they "as a courtesy" paid it. Still leaving me to pay $25 over a year, and half after the "treatment." Bottom line is this group doesn't listen to its patients, overcharges, and tries to sell you on stuff you don't want.
