She understands that I have a limited number of appointments allowed by my insurance, and doesn't push me to come more often than I can afford. She's kind, personable, and interested in my overall well-being. She's also a nutritionist, and is open to any and all of my questions! She makes suggestions of things I can try to help heal my other ailments. She offers high-quality supplements at reasonable prices. One time, I took a supplement and had a weird reaction to it. Dr. Sullivan asked me to bring the bottle back in so she could take them herself and see if it happened to her, too. She not only gave me a full refund, but was willing to risk having the same reaction herself to make sure it was just a fluke and not something wrong with the supplements.
