After 30 mins late I called and apparently my APRN wasn't available and the main doctor decided to (without a telehealth care appointment) change 15 year old prescriptions to a lowered dose and another prescription I didn't need. This was the highest rated doc in the town and now she must use AI to diagnose patients. I have heard this from other people as I will be going elsewhere and I reccomend never going there. Even her office thinks she's lost her touch on reality. (VanDiepen) Sad Call me, I'll diagnose ya on AI too for $200. Time to retire!

Prescription pills have their place, but when a healthy lifestyle change, natural supplements, and being mindful about what you eat (definitely not the foods you suggested) can possibly fix the issue, have a conversation with the patient! The care was adequate, until my husband had a stroke and needed a number of referrals and prior auths. The person in the office was completely incompetent, sent the Speech Therapy referral to a place that didn't even do Speech Therapy! She faxed three of the referrals to the phone numbers, refused to confirm the fax numbers. Even yelled at me that she wasn't going to fax one of the referrals anymore! She was faxing to the phone number! I had to hand deliver those three referrals. One of the Drs was in Jacksonville. The current Dr there, Dr Prichette, is condescending, judgemental and doesn't listen. There appears to be a big turnover in staff because everytime we go, there's new people in the office. The new people are not friendly, have big time attitude. Not going there anymore. There is absolutely no reason to put up with incompetence! Changed my PCP already.

I don't know if it is the doctor or his office staff but I was treated horribly. I came prepared with my medications and all. It's about 5 weeks since I was diagnosed and I was discharged from the hospital 3 weeks before I went to see this doctor. The hospital and health department states they don't give test after you get covid because it can be in your body for 3 months but after 14 days you don't spread it. There are after affects like sore throats a little congestion but I didn't have fever or the major problems when I walked into that office. Because I had a sore Throat the office staff refused to let me see the doctor because they felt it was a symptom. They didn't want the doctor to catch Covid. I've been to urgent care centers and I never had a problem being seen. I wanted a primary because I have other issues and I was hoping to get better care than a Ugent care center. If the hospital referred me and contacted them (case worker) I should of been seen. but since I had a sore throat the office staff did not let me see him because I wasn't tested in the hospital before my release like I said the hospital don't do test before releasing I do not recommend this office if he was so scared to see me then he shouldn't be a doctor perhaps a dancer instead I had a sore throat since I left i'ts way past 14 days I should have been seen for shame on the office
