While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. I wish they'd return to their previous quality

I have been a type II diabetic for 10 years now. I've been on insulin for the past 5 years, but last summer, my diabetes went spiraling out of control, so I was referred to an Endocrinologist. I chose Dr. Salomone because she was associated with Baptist Hospital and also because she of her office location. I am so happy she's the doctor I chose. She is absolutely wonderful! She has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. When she walks in the room, it's like I'm the only patient that exists. She takes the time to listen to me and actually hears what I'm telling her. She explains things in detail to me and in ways I can understand. She is also open to any and all questions I have and never rushes me. I know that she genuinely cares for my well-being and that really means a lot. I feel 100% comfortable putting my full trust in her! It took a few times seeing her before we got my diabetes back under total control because she tried me on a couple of oral medications to go along with my insulin (which I ended up being allergic too, unfortunately). Then she had to adjust my insulin to the right levels. I am happy to say that since I began seeing her, my A1C has been below 7.0. Before seeing her, it was always over 8.0. I have definitely seen results with her! The office is very clean and modern. The waiting area has comfortable seating and is very esthetically pleasing. It makes being in a doctor's office not so bad. =) The staff here are also wonderful. I have yet to encounter one person who didn't have a smile on their face. The front office staff... the assistants... all of them just wonderful. I generally hate to think about going to a doctor's appointment. But I never seem to mind coming here. If you need an Endocrinologist, I cannot recommend Dr. Leslie Salomone highly enough! I know you will not be disappointed with your choice to see her!

She does not take my insurance but I was willing to pay 100% out of pocket because I did not want to be limited by my PPO or have to visit someone that did not have the right speciality. I was told they won't take anyone whose insurance they don't take and won't allow me to pay out of pocket, because I actually have insurance. It's sad to see yet another doctor perpetuating the problems with our healthcare system, and putting business over the welfare of their (would be) patients.

At this time some of my labs were still pending, Dr. Mazza informed me as soon as they came in she would call me back as well as inform me of any dose changes. After waiting a few weeks I had to call the office because I was out of at least one of my prescriptions. At this time, I let the office manager Mandy know that I needed a refill and also to know about dosages and that Dr. Mazza had never called me back. I also was inquiring about needing vitamin C IV for my immune. The prescription was called in however I never got a phone call from the doctor. I called back the office again asking if I could speak to Dr. Mazza since I never heard back and I was told no as I already had a follow up . I also let Mandy know that I had a doctors order with a new diagnosis and my medical need was urgent for vitamin C to which Mandy the office manager still told me no. I don't think Mandy understood that I had just had an appointment and was not listening to the fact I was still awaiting a follow up call with lab results I never received any follow up call from Dr. Mazza and after I had to seek another provider, I found out I was on the wrong dosage but at least one of the prescriptions. I also found out that I needed to be put on an additional prescription outside to that Dr. Mazza was already writing me. My next appointment that was set by the office was scheduled in May however, when I called back the office after I completely ran out of the other medication that I thought she was going to let me know where I stood for my labs last fall I called into the office and they told me I would have to make an appointment to address all the issues even though I kept trying to explain to them. I never got my follow up phone call from the previous appointment that I was assured that I would get. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for March since I had no other option unfortunately, when March came, my health had declined so bad I was unable to even get out of bed and my husband had to call in only to find out that they expected me to do another set of labs that they never told me about initially when I made the appointment. During that call, I also found out that the second prescription that I needed should have been another dose, and I have been taken from my last set of labs. Frustrated and exhausted from the lack of communication I knew at this time it was to trust the new provider and to start making the change over to not just a good doctor, but also a good office manager . Hoping to get the doctors attention and how her office was being ran I did unfortunately comments on their business Facebook page of my distress and disparity which they deleted and then told me I couldn't no longer be a patient (which at that point I knew she could not be as they were not taking me seriously). I wish Dr. Mazza only the best however, I do hope her office staff can be reevaluated for consistent care for patients especially those that are high risk.

I walked in at my scheduled time and was told I need to reschedule because the doc is not in the rest of the week. This after electronically checking in the day before. So O asked for the next available apt and they wanted me to wait another 2 months. So i walked out. If I am going to start all over again waiting I can go somewhere else they aren't the only game in town. Also receptionist was rude. Rude staff + a long wait to get in and not accommodating since it's their fault for rescheduling makes me see what the future holds with this practice. Went to see him because was having issues with feeling like something stuck in throat. I have had thyroid cancer and have not had ultra sound since it was removed 10 years ago. He did order one . He seemed more interested in pushing weight loss medication then what I was there for, I will not return to see him . Still waiting on results of test, 2 weeks later. Not very patient friendly. I will continue to have PCP follow my thyroid levels . Not a good feeling about quality of care.
