Even when they had to operate out of their standard procedures they were incredible, kind, accommodating and reassuring. The experience has only gotten better since. We have gone for cleanings and a filling. Everything went flawlessly even with a bit of an anxious kiddo! They really know how to approach each child and help them through their appointment. Everyone in the front is amazing as well as all of the hygienists and assistants. I would and have recommended JFK to anybody looking for excellent pediatric dentistry.

I feel so BLESSED to have come across this Exceptional Dental Practice. My son has had some challenges with dental procedures due to some sensory issues, and his active nature. However, Dr. Eryn Donohue and her Team are so patient, kind and loving. They truly treat your child like their own. My son had extensive oral surgery scheduled a few months ago with Dr. Eryn Donohue and he was placed under anesthesia. I was a nervous wreck to say the least. Dr. Eryn Donohue explained everything to my Husband and I, step by step, from the very first time we met her until my Sons Procedure was complete. Dr. Eryn Donohue and her Team made themselves available whenever we had questions or concerns, and ensured we were also at ease and comfortable with my son's procedure. Dr. Eryn Donohue is extremely knowledgably, professional, and just overall the BEST at what she does. Our children are the most precious people to us in this world, and we don't trust just anyone with them. However, we TRUST Dr. Eryn Donohue. As mentioned earlier, it has been a TRUE BLESSING to have come across this Exceptional Dental Practice, and we are GRATEFUL that our Son is in the BEST care possible with Dr. Eryn Donohue and her Team at Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry. https://justforkidsnaperville.com/ Extremely Grateful, Josephine, Joseph and Edward

After receiving a recommendation I took my son to G&G Pediatric Dentistry and they could not have been any nicer or more genuine. They were able to get an exam, cleaning, fluoride, and xrays done without me even being in the room. They are the first practice that has been able to do this amount of work in one visit. They are amazing.

I wanna start off by saying this is only my 2nd review I've ever done. My other review was…read morepositive, this one is not. My daughter just got done getting her braces off. We had a great experience all the way until our dog ate our daughter's retainer. We fully understood that we would have to pay something. I called over to set an appt up and she asked me if we had the molds. I was completely confused. I send my daughter in on her own (did this with my other two girls) so she can be forced to talk to adults and she also sets her own appointments based on her schedule. Gives them a little bit of adulting in a control environment. My daughter was 12 when she first started coming here. She is now 14. After the conversation with the secretary at the front I realized they gave the mold to my daughter. At least that's what they told me. I would never know cause I wasn't there or informed. I assumed if there was important information to be discussed, they would reach out via text or phone. Or better yet, they would ask my daughter to have a parent come in knowing she can't drive. So they must be in the parking lot. That way an adult can hear this important information. They only shared this with my daughter. We have no clue what happened to it. I can only guess she threw the bag away with the molds in it. Again she's 14. She probably retained 1/2 of the information they told her. The secretary explained to me if we had the molds we would have received a discount. Every little bit helps after you just paid a shit ton of money for braces. She explained to me without the molds it's full price. So I asked point blank how this is my fault. NOTHING was discussed with an adult. I didn't sign off on anything. She kept making excuses for their miscommunication. She was attempting to try and turn this conversation on me. I told her the problem I'm having is you keep trying to blame me, but as the parent who paid for this and was never once called or communicated with about the mold. Not emailed, not messaged....nothing. Is still having to pay for the lack of communication by the company. Bottom line beware of this company. Unfortunately they made the mistake and she admitted in the end. I told her moving forward she needs to communicate with her team that they need a parent at the closing when they receive the retainer. So this issue doesn't happen again. Her response was, I totally agree. I said funny you agree. Because you're admitting your office has communication problems, but yet earlier in our conversation you kept putting the blame on me. So damn frustrating!! So disappointed I am having to pay for incompetence of this staff.

So I called Meda Dental, based on the three Yelp reviews. Boy, am I glad I did. I have found my new dentist. Dr. Medanaga was great. But before I get to her, let me talk about John. He answered the phone, asked me what brought me to calling them and then slid me in for an appointment one hour later at 4:45 PM. Wow...I was floored. When I got there, John turned out to be a dental assistant (or hygienist - I don't know the difference) and was super helpful. He was aware I was in major pain and actually moved the clicker for the last X-ray right next to me so he wouldn't put me in more pain than necessary as my mouth struggled to hold the thing that keeps the thing steady so the Xray machine can do its thing. John explained how the practice actually uses laser for cavity work, which sounded cool. Sadly, I had no cavity. When Dr. Medanaga came in to examine me, she identified a fractured tooth and referred me to a specialist. She also explained the process that I will go through depending on what the specialist found. Turned out, I needed an emergency extraction the next day. However, I will be back here for my normal cleaning, etc. as I move forward with a better regime for dental health now that I have Meda Dental on my side. I am no longer an anti-dentite! Thanks Meda Dental!
