I've been trying to get my prescriptions renewed for five days now and nobody returns my call. Their answering service will not relay any messages because my need of medication "is not a medical emergency". I tried the patient portal but that crashed too. The doctors are excellent but the office is run unapologetically appallingly, take care of yourself and find another family medical center.

I struggled for a while to find someone who wanted to tackle some of the issues I was having. I still feel like I'm off in the weeds at times but at least I have Laporta. This country's system is the problem. What they've done to us financially, nutritionally, psychologically... I digress. LaPorta office is decent, a lot of aggravation with scripts being sent wrong or not at all, but at least she's there for me; it's tough to get appointments at times and I just have to call a few too many times for my liking, but maybe she's just that popular

He graduated from Bj Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University in 1981. Dr. Kochar is affiliated with Stony Book University Hospital. First I will start by saying his staff is very pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. It has been a pleasure getting to know them. Everyone of them work together as a team and are an asset to this practice. When I first met DR Kochar I felt extremely comfortable. I appreciate that he takes his time explaining every detail and has a polite to the point direct approach. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and caring personality. The visit is short but follow up is often accompanied by an appointment. Fixing the mistakes they make is an issue I did like Dr Kingston - not a fan of the rest.

As of right now I have no medication on a medicaion i cant just discontinue because they failed to tell me when i called 3 times that I needed to make a new apt in order to get the medication. I am filing a complaint with the Medical board, the BBB and consumer affairs. They are lucky I dont take them to court.

The wait was a bit much but it was worth the wait. I understand the wait because, even at the end of the day, Kingston has the energy and motivation as if it were first thing in the morning. He DOES NOT try to get you "in and out." He will spend the time with you to go over any questions or concerns you may have. He even has a touch of humor with his patients. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better P.A. He has a plethora of knowledge. Def. Reccomended.

I've needed immunization records to provide for new jobs and this office has yet to provide me with the correct history I need. The doctors were nice but unfortunately their staff made it so unbearable that I had to completely switch primary care offices. My family were patients there for years and it's just sad to see how this has all been handled. I've had to jump through hoops to be given access to my own personal records. I don't even think the doctors realize what is going on in their own offices.
