Dr. Kropf is very prompt when lab results arrive at his desk. He called me immediately to inform me, after half tests arrived from a metabolic panel. I was shocked to how fast he contacted me, and it was a weekend! However, I can see how some may be turned off by how Dr. Kropf conducts his practice. He does come off a bit awkward, and geeky. If your insurance accepts Kropf, I definitely recommend him as your primary care.

She is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain anything that needs explaining. Her office is clean, bright and comfortable. All the nursing staff is nice and friendly as well. And I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called in. I would absolutely recommend her!!
