I started going to Women's Services when I signed up for WIC services (which is just across the…read morehall from each other, so I figured convenience.) Convenient is not always better! From the very beginning, I felt "pushed through" rather than "looked after". If your pregnant, expect this *every single appointment* : -You'll check in at the front desk, the receptionist's are very robotic and rude. -They inform the nurse, who comes and get's you. -10 seconds after your name is called for the appointment, you'll be peeing in a cup. -The midwife will come in and check the heartbeat of your baby and measure your stomach from "top to bottom". Ask's if you have any questions, may or may not ask you a few questions and it's over. For MONTHS that is all you will receive in services. I finally decided at 30 weeks pregnant to change doctors, after my midwife told me I was "too overweight" for the type of birth control I wanted to get after I gave birth and insisted on the IUD......... The type of birth control I want is the implant...which many women MUCH heavier than myself have with no issues. In fact, they're only just now doing studies on overweight women and Nexplanon, so not only did she give me misinformation, she inflicted her decisions on me and made me feel bad. On top of all of that, when I went in to sign a release for my medical records, they said they would have them faxed right over...I called the doctor I wanted to get into, for over a week and they still had not received my medical papers. So I called CHS again, and they said my medical papers had been misplaced in their building, and that they would be mailing them...another week goes by, with no sign of my medical papers. I physically had to go in, pick them up at the front desk, and HAND DELIVER THEM to my new impending doctor (who thankfully, was happy to take me in) because this place is so disorganized. Technically, your not supposed to be handling them yourself, it should go from Doctor to Doctor. Just BAD. Shame on you! I don't recommend this place for care.

I have been here several times and each time I waited for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes. I'm not the snobby type and I'm usually understanding and I respect everyone working in the medical field but this is ridiculous I have a life and I have other things to do than to wait and hour After my scheduled time in order for a doctor to see me. July 24th was the last straw for me after waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled time I finally got fed up and left and my last visit before that when the nurse finally called me in they mixed up my identity with another sierra (my name is Sierra). You would think they would. Verify a persons identity with their last name or soc but no after being asked about my medication that I don't even take I got confused and the only reason I found out there was an identity mixup was because I was eavesdropping to the nurses in the hallway and overheard them saying there are 2 sierras. Never again!
