The care was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable. Very polite welcoming. The NP came in looked at my problem asked questions then proceeded to order the medication immediately. The meds were ready in 45 min. at Walgreens. Also,the Urgent Care bldg is extra spotless including the bathrooms A++++++ Being a retired Nurse this place is Great. I was impressed. I visited Lambertville Urgent Care for the first time on Sunday morning due to a severe sore throat, coughing and congestion that left me unable to talk. I didn't want to wait even though it's a walk-in clinic, so I made an appointment online. I was able to select my appointment time, upload photos of my driver's license, insurance cards and describe the purpose for my visit. Upon arriving there, I waited only a few minutes before being taken to a private room. Then my vitals were taken and a few minutes later I was seen by NP Carrie. She listened carefully to my symptoms and asked appropriate questions. I was then tested for strep, Covid and flu. After those tests came back negative, she prescribed prescriptions for a 5 day steroid and 10 day dose of antibiotics. I appreciated her professionalism and compassion. Must also add that this is a new clinic that opened in January and the place was new and very clean. Definitely recommend if you have the need for it. read more

Unfortunately, when I was visiting urgent care here, it was severely understaffed. I feel the two running the care center are competent but they really needed more staffing. read more

Had some questions regarding my bill and why I was charged a different amount as a new patient compared to an existing patient. After speaking with a woman at billing (who does not speak English), she could not explain why there was a difference and told me my bill would be adjusted lower. After a few weeks, I was notified that the bill had not been paid and that it had not been lowered. I called billing and spoke to the same woman who could not speak or understand English. I asked to speak with someone else or a supervisor, and I was told that one was not available; however, they would call me back in an hour. 3 days later, I still had not been contacted. I emailed 3x requesting contact and an explanation about my bill and the service I received from billing, and I still had not been contacted. I received services at the end of November 2025, and as of the middle of February 2026, my bill is still the same am I am unable to reach anyone who speaks English or can explain why their service was sub-par. The medical care needed was for a cough, and I was given a prescription for antibiotics. Not really upset about that, but good luck reaching anyone outside of their office in billing who is helpful. Absolute trash and pathetic. read more

I am giving this a 2-star for the services rendered, but the billing practices of this clinic are absurd. My wife chose to go to this clinic when the other clinic in the area was unexpectedly closed. This is a new clinic so we thought we would give it a try. My wife had an URI of some type. The treatment and prescription was pretty standard. It was months before getting a bill, then it indicated that they had made many attempts at text messages and emails with no response--so this bill was going to be referred to collections. We had received NONE of these notices of the small amount due (less than $70). There was no address on the billing letter. Seems there are 8 clinics like this one and they are 'managed' out of California and Arizona--that is why they don't often answer the phone, I was told. I paid the small amount due and got a receipt, but I would not recommend nor use this clinic in the future. The attendants were courteous; and it was apparent that I was not the first person with a billing issue. My advice. Go down the street for better care and honest billing practices. read more
