An all-around great experience here! I usually don't wander into The Shoe Company more than once or twice a year, but I'd certainly consider returning after this trip.
Pros:
- Every single salesperson I encountered was friendly and helpful - they even let me into the store a few minutes before opening!
- Huge selection of footwear and accessories for all.
- Lots of sizes available.
- Plenty of sales and specials to go around.
- Everything was clean and neatly organized.
- I had no trouble finding a spot to sit or a mirror (large or small).
- Footlets, socks, and shoe horns are readily available for customer use.
Cons:
- None that I can think of.
One thing I've noticed about The Shoe Company is that its stores are generally reflective of what is advertised on its website - also, you can order shoes online and pick them up in store for free. If you're a frequent buyer of shoes, I recommend joining their loyalty program. Two thumbs up! read more
