MUJI's name in Japanese, translates as "no-brand quality goods." The brand mark and the brand name, which are well-recognized by designers, convey a certain image to people beyond factors such as the functionality, quality or value of the product itself. Mujirushi Ryohin was created in Japan in 1980 with the development of 40 products in the areas of apparel, household goods and food--which, as the name indicates, had no brand but were good-quality products. I thought the prices were not bad and the quality was good. My niece bought some writing instruments, which she loves.

I had not been in MUJI before and was so impressed with the layout, the organization, and the selection. We found the much needed net gator, which was priced fairly and so warm! While the store was crowded, the flow worked well and they had a number of people running the cash register so the line went really quick. Would definitely go back and visit again.

I was "rewarded" for my contributions with a daily avalanche of perverse sex seeking/offering mails, commercial scam offers from dubious sites and numerous unsolicitated calls. Some of those sites even admitted to me that their source of their personal information (including mine) comes from UES Patch!! So live and learn!!

On the Ork website we saw that Twelve Chairs stocks the posters so we went down there to see what they look like in person. We talked to one of the co-owners and she was nice and very knowledgeable. We purchased the Ork Poster and we will definitely be back for more home stuff. The space they are in is awesome. It's like an old warehouse/loft that they converted into a really great show room for all of their furniture and homey knickknacks. You've got to check this place out.
