Not a big selection of donuts at 6am on a Saturday morning. I was also looking to order breakfast sandwiches and they are not part of the menu. I ordered 6 donuts but I saw they were all squished on a small bag, upon asking for a box she told me I had to pay $1 for it. Because I was on a hurry, I accepted the fee and when it was time to pay they charge an extra $.75 cents for card transactions. Luckily, I had cash with me but beware. This place was my go to place for a cake donut despite the bad service. Today, I decided not to come back to this place any longer. When I parked my car, a lady was mopping. And as a random old lady and I walked in, she put a mop down and started serving the old lady without washing her hands. That is just disgusting. The little thing like that tells a lot about a person. Same dirty nasty hands she mopped and handled money, and going to use the same nasty hands to serve me a donut? I come in for a bagel trying to grab a quick cheap breakfast on my way to drs. 2.50 and I pull out my card she's ooo NO u gotta spend more than 3 dollar trying to force me to buy another donut I'm like WTH so I grab a small orange juice and now the total is 6 bucks WTH The juice is disgusting and the bagel is so cold still and hard to bite into and they barely gave me any cream cheese. I can't believe all the bad reviews. I actually got on here to looks for a new donut shop because I moved to a different part of town--but this was my go-to donut place for 9 years. I've never had any problems like what are described. The owners have always been super friendly. They know and are very nice to my kids and I. Never a problem with change (they charge for card on small orders, though, so be aware of that). Never had a stale donut. They are always fresh--in fact they used to be open 24 hours because someone was always there all night, making fresh donuts. So they are the best for morning donut runs. Seriously, my siblings moved to the East Coast and came back for a funeral, and one of the things they wanted to do was find a good donut place, because all they have are Dunkin and grocery store donuts. We took them here, and they liked it enough to go again on their way out of town. As for the donuts, I love the apple fritter. It's not oily, like some places and they're fresh. The wife always gets the maple bar. The kids get whatever us rainbow sprinkles. Ignore the haters who went there once. This place is great. read more

Is this place a front for a more questionable business? I am completely shocked at the reviews on this donut shop, albeit, there are only 3. I have been here twice, and it was several years in between visits. I didn't think a bad donut could exist until I went here with my sisters boyfriend a few years back. Tried it again about 6 months ago hoping I had it at an "off" time. Not the case. The donuts actually taste old. They were dried out, tough, chewy, and just.... well.... bad! I am not one to write about a place unless I think it is really good. Check out my other reviews. My hubby didn't recall that I had bought these donuts for us before, so he recently went and his reaction was what prompted me to finally write up a review about them. We were driving by and he pointed it out saying they were the worst donuts he ever had..... YEPP and DUH... I told you that! I've been twice and I'm actually a little surprised at how low the reviews are. The owner's wife (I think that's the lady that mans the front) is sweet but not super quick on the service portion of things. The donuts are delicious and the coffee is good. The interior is divey, they could really easily make it into a cute Scandinavian theme, especially with the name. Close to Albertsons and the hospital and lots of parking. read more

So glad I did because as we were picking out donuts, I noticed a fly inside the case. Decided to still get the donuts since I was with my kids and they were set on donuts. Average donut shop. Not much seating. Not very inviting. Lady is friendly. Prices are average. Should have found a starbucks.

The customer service should be so much better and you want good experiences in the morning before you go to work. The woman is usually very nice. The man doesn't respectfully hand money and isn't as nice and personable. I've also been helped by a young family member and their friendliness is in between. Last time I tried to open the door without touching the handle by putting my hand in the cracked door and she laughed at me and said everyone else does the same thing. I hadn't been in about a month and I got charged 2 something for a regular pink donut with sprinkles. It's usually 1.05. You get charged for using a card and they hastily take it. They will ask are you sure that's all you want to get you to try to buy more. I'll go farther to get my donuts from now on even though this place is closest to me. It's not worth it. I'll go to voodoo in Lancaster and get some actual vegan donuts that aren't stale by the time I get there and actually hold over nicely to the next day. read more

I Live down the street so it's very convenient, thats until I walked in to order. After the woman behind the counter finished her personal phone call on her speaker phone. She began to put her hair up, after that she picked up a dirty towel to wipe her hands. Then she asks me "what I want" and I told her "Do you mind washing your hands?"
