Each time my fiance and I go to this office, we wait for hours. People who come in after us see…read morethe doctor first. We were told that was because we were "walk-ins." The first time this happened, we were not walk-ins at all! We had an appointment!!! Then this time, my fiance called for an appointment due to a fever of 102 and severe influenza-like symptoms. He explained that he did not want to wait for hours like he did the last time. The office assistant that answered the phone told him to just come in rather than make an appointment and they would get to him faster. After waiting an extended period of time once again, he said something to the office staff. They said that he was waiting and people went in before him that got there after because he was a walk-in! It is always the same thing with this office....very long waits and no one can decide if making an appointment or walking in will afford you to see the doctor within a reasonable time. We will be switching primary care providers. I do not recommend this office.
