Danny came out to look at my project, but the moment I started describing what I needed, he became visibly annoyed, dismissive, and stopped paying attention. He left saying he'd follow up, but weeks later I've heard nothing. He's ignored every attempt I made to contact him -- no call, no text, not even the basic courtesy of saying he wasn't interested. Ghosting a potential customer is not just unprofessional, it's rude and disrespectful. If this is how he handles people before even starting a job, I shudder to imagine what working with him would be like. Danny G just came out and trimmed our palm and Palo Verde trees. He did an amazing job with and cleaned up well. As always the communication was on point and he came when he said he would. The palm needed some TLC and we decided to leave some of the browning leaves to protect the new growth from the wind and he'll come out again to trim that when it gets healthier. The Palo Verde was leaning over and he helped reset and tie it back so it would grow correctly. Big thank you to Danny G for coming out to help my mom with her mesquite trees. They were very overgrown and hanging over the neighbor's yard.
