I can understand price increases, but after two renewals, the price was up $100. I refuse to pay $500+ for two cars. That's ridiculous. You would think it wouldn't be so much given the area that I live in. I was offered a discount if I bundled (car and home), which the discount for the car already wasn't much, but the home insurance was over $1000 of what I'm paying already. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Needless to say, I found affordable insurance elsewhere. So, I canceled my policy two days before it was set for them to charge my account. Guess what?! They still charged me for it. My account was overdrawn and I was charged fees. I immediately called them and asked about it. I was told that they were going to refund it and it would take a few business days. All I received was a sorry. I work hard for my money and have three kids to support. That money was for groceries to feed my children and whatever I had left over was going to be used to buy my son a birthday gift. State Farm really left me in a bind. It's been 4 days since I've called and I still haven't received my money or any communication. Please, if you value your money, your sanity, and your peace of mind, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STATE FARM!!!

When I walked in, Trina stood up and said let me help you and that she did! She worked with me was very patient and went above the call to get me coverage. I was covered right away with my homeowners and auto without any problems. Trina was very patient with me and was extremely thorough. In fact I've never visited with an ins salesperson who was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This young lady is going places! It took a little while but I left there extremely happy!
