After having a great call with him to go over our vision and how he works with us to make it happen, he gave us a worksheet to fill out. The worksheet was very important in the planning process and helped us choose songs and music for all the particular moments of the day (many things we hadn't even thought about before looking over this worksheet). Dan came for a site visit so he knew what type of equipment he'd need and to understand the flow of the day. He set up and handled all of the speakers, microphones and equipment.
