You can also tell that he was there to serve his clients and he would do whatever it takes to provide the support they were looking for even if it took a little longer to get it done. When I think about great customer support, this is what you would hope/ expect to receive. "it's a corporate rule" I was told over and over by the supervisor at the call center; 4) I also could not cancel my membership; I'm stuck with services I won't need for 11 months. 5) This is a greedy rule; 6) I had always declined roadside assistance from GEICO and USAA . . . but never again! As I learned today, it's the same level of service as AAA and MUCH CHEAPER! 7) With this auto-policy service, I can change at any time with a pro-rated reduction; 8) I cancelled my AAA auto renewal and will never use them again. Don't get caught in the AAA-renewal rut out of habit as I did; there are other strong alternatives that won't take advantage of a life change.
