I have used Danny's once in the past, which is the reason why I chose to go to them a second time.. which was a mistake. I had a minor repair that needed to be done on my car, so minor that the estimated cost was going to be around $380. Very simple, easy fix as it was just a 3rd brake light. The man that gave me the estimate said it would be a two week wait to get in. no worries. I called after the two weeks and they said "I don't know who told you that but it's a 3-4 week wait", still no problem with that either, they also said since there was a wait that they would order the part and have it ready by the time they were ready for my car. They called me the following week that they were ready for my car, the same day I had been signed up for updates on my car through text. From the day I dropped my car off I had immediately gotten texts saying my car was "in process" not that it hadn't been started yet, to me it was not shocking just because it was such a small repair. After a week of getting the same text updates, I started to worry. I began to call, the receptionist was no help. Never got a call back from anyone and she said they tell everyone that it is a 4-6 week repair. I eventually showed up to the shop and one of the guys said he was going to "check on" my car and came back saying maybe they were going to have to order more parts which I knew was a lie and also told me I might get charged for anything they'd already done. I told him that I had been paying $100 a day on a rental and I'd rather have my car back if they haven't even started it. He told me to come back at 2 to talk to the boss. A little bit before 2, I got a call from I'm assuming the "boss" and he told me I could pick my car up. I asked for the amount I needed to pay to get it out and he said "nothing". I knew nothing had been done, hence why they couldn't charge. When I picked up my keys from the "boss", I was polite and said "thank you" which in response I got a sly "you're welcome". A week after picking up my car, I was still receiving "updates" on my car. Terrible experience as a returning customer. read more

My MIL dropped her suv off on 12/2/24. She was told her car would be ready in three weeks. At three weeks, she called and they told her they needed to order some brackets for her bumper.. was told that her SUV would be ready in a week and a half. She received a text saying that her car would be ready the next day.. I called the next day to make sure her car was ready. It was not ready.. I was told by a very rude woman that the entire company had gone out of town for a funeral. I was informed that her car would not be ready until at least Monday.. I called Monday and I was told the car would be ready on Tuesday.. They called her Monday afternoon (1/13/25) they told her that her SUV was ready. It took six weeks for these people to replace a bumper. No one called or sent Text or anything to update us on the progress or anything. We made all the phone calls to find out the information we needed to know.. we also find it interesting that they did not say her car was ready until the insurance company sent them the check. Save yourself a lot of grief and just go somewhere else . (I believe her bumper does not look right and that the color is off) she's so happy to have a vehicle again. Danny's body shop left my vehicle in great condition. I gave them all my information and my situation. They worked with me in a timely manner. They were very nice n respectable. My first time using them. They only took 3 weeks to do the body work on my SUV. They even cleaned my lights for free. They had that yucky white residue on them. They also did some work on my other door too free. They were great. Thanks so much! read more

Horrible customer service. Automated and inaccurate text "updates". I had to physically go up there twice to get an update on my car. Whoever answers the phone is rude and unprofessional, and never let me speak to the owner or manager. Any time I called it was always " I don't know I just answer the phone" or " we'll call you back" and never would. When I personally spoke to the owner he said "our preferred method of contact is email" which was never provided. I was also told multiple times "if you haven't gotten a call or text there's no update" but the text updates stated my vehicle was ready when it wasn't and there were delays. They had my car for 5 months! Don't recommend!! Not to mention my car got hail damage June 10th and I wasn't notified until July 31st. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. When I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, I was told it would only be there for two weeks. It then got pushed back to 4 1/2 weeks, and every time I called the mechanic and asked for updates I was told every single time that the man working on my vehicle was not there. Keep in mind I called almost every other day and he was never there when I called. Come the end of my vehicles time there, I called at noon on Thursday and they told me all that was left was for the final bill to be sent off to the insurance, and for the final inspection be done on the vehicle. I received an email from the insurance that they received the final bill only an hour after the phone call meaning they had all day Thursday, Friday, Monday, and the first two hours of Tuesday to get the vehicle done on the inspection. They kept pushing it back more and more causing me to not have a rental vehicle any longer and then be several hours late for work. Finally, I decided to call them and I spoke to the lady very nicely on the phone telling her I had now had no way to get to work. It was several hours late for work and needed to pick up my vehicle, which is not in (shocker) and then proceeds to hang up on me without another word. If you ever need a mechanic, never take your business to this place. They do not care about your time or your money. read more

Our car was there for SIX weeks along with $1000 of our money to order parts. 6 weeks later, I called and not only had they not looked at it, they said they were waiting on parts for which they had not even torn the car down to look to see what they needed. I had to call the insurance company at which point, they body shop suddenly ended up totaling the car (no parts ordered or received or used... no service work done other than pulling off panels). It also incurred hail damage while at the body shop. They kept my entire $1000 deductible (which they kept for ordering parts) now saying it was for pulling off panels and taking pictures for the insurance company. All the while we were receiving text messages work was in progress on the car. read more

My Chevy truck came back to me good as new! It's great service and great price. Although you have to make sure your insurance covers all the damage. My insurance didn't comply with the shop and tried to cover as little as possible read more

a minute ago My truck was in the shop for 8 weeks, but they told me it would be around that time. From week 6 to week 8 i was told "it will be ready today or tomorrow". They supposedly inspect vehicles before they release them, but obviously they dont test drive them. When my truck gets to 50mph it shakes violently!The mirror that they put on mu truck is cracked (the plastic). The bumper that they put on my truck has a 1" gap from my grill, which is way off. They didnt repair any of the damage on the passanger side that was from the wreck. They didnt replace my horn that was crushed. My windshield reservoir was busted, but they didnt replace. My truck is leaking coolant and that wasnt fixed. When i dropped my truck off on Dec. 14 the engine light wasnt on, and when i picked it up it was on. Paint that was chiped on my door and hood wasn't fixed. They headlight isnt lined up right. I use my truck for work so if my truck is in the shop, i make no money. So i cant return my truck to them because i cant afford to take the time off anymore. It is a very frustrating situation. Now on top of my deductable, i have to spend more money and fix my truck the right way on my time. Everyone was nice at dannys but the work that they performed on my Ram 3500 was crap! The customer service at this shop is beyond horrible. My car was in the body shop for over 3 months. After two months the shop said it was done, went to pick it up and there were pieces not attached and the existing trim that was damaged had not been replaced. The shop said I'd have to fight for it that the insurance wouldn't cover it. The insurance did cover it and another month I waited. Today, I'm supposed to pick up my car after taking another day off from work and the man who answers the phone there tells me I can't because the owners are not there. I explain to him that I was called already and told the vehicle is ready and he says "I'm only a clerk you can't pick up your car". At this point I couldn't care less what the vehicle looks like, their customer service is so bad I'll never go back. I had my son's truck scheduled to go there -no way! The worse thing is I almost guarantee when I get there something will be wrong! Fed up! read more

Customer service is definitely lacking. They say they will text you updates, that happens far and few between. Said car would be ready in 3 weeks, picked up after 6 weeks. Would call and the guy always answering the phone would say NO ONE is there, call back in 20-30 mins, he knew nothing about what was happening with your car. I am sure he is costing them a lot of business, very frustrating. Would leave msgs for someone to call you back, no return phone calls. Will not be using them again and sadly would not recommend them! read more

Been over a year and I can still smell their mistakes literally! 2 weeks old my car was in a car accident, returned to me "fixed" with scratches all over the body, returned the car for repair. It got returned to me with some nasty oily smelling spray all over dash, in the vents, on my rims I suppose they used it as armor all. Well when I complained that time he proceeded to tell me I was like his sister n law that I exaggerate things. door wasn't parallel to the back door, insane scratches on the hinge area, upholstery wasn't tucked in right. Had to take to another company to fix what they were supposed to do. Up to this day when I turn on the a/c there's a foul smell that comes from the vents thanks to their ignorance.
