Aaron - the owner was wonderful. He understood we were trying to get back home safely & leave town that same morning. He sent one of his employees go pick up the part because that was faster than waiting for the auto parts delivery driver. It took only 30 minutes to get the part and then about 20 minutes to put them on. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. And best part is I thought the bill was fair. The came and picked up my truck and had it fixed the next day, for half of what the Ford house wanted - and that included the towing. Next day service in the Permian Basin is unheard of these days. They did not take advantage of my inexperience and only fixed what I asked them to fix. I also ordered a new set of tires from them which were promptly delivered. They also came to my office, picked up my car and drove it back to their shop, replaced the tires and changed the oil and brought it back to me at my office in a timely manner. I didn't have to miss work and ended up with a reliable ride at the end of the day. They have long hours, so when I went in the first time, they were there after most other places would have been closed. They will also take care of your fleet vehicles. He received a payment of almost $10,000 to install a motor and never completed the work. He had the vehicle for 6-8 months. When my vehicle was transported from DJ's to another shop my car was in pieces, literally in buckets. It was labeled a "basket case". For a better idea of the situation go to the BBB website and see his reply to my review. I finally had my vehicle transported elsewhere. No client would move their vehicle in pieces unless there was no other option. I cannot force anyone to do their job of they do not want to. Dave was no longer concerned about having a satisfied customer. There was no incentive to complete the work once he received payment. A professional knows when to decline a job he cannot complete in a timely manner. He had plenty of opportunity to express his lack of time. He is very unprofessional to say the least. He claims I accepted his terms when I left my vehicle in his facility. No Dave, you never provided a "repair line up" as you're claiming to do so now. When asked when the vehicle may be ready, he would never provided an exact finish date. He would mention a specific month and then push it back another month. He had numerous excuses from illness to car parts being delayed because of tax tariffs due to the new president. It was ridiculous. There was no mention of said "repair line up" when his tow truck picked up my vehicle from my home, or when he spoke to my insurance, nor when I stopped by in person multiple times. That is just another excuse he used to justify his incompetence and lack of professionalism. Had he addressed me as he did on his reply to my BBB review, I would never have taken my vehicle to him. He was nice and courteous in the beginning, when it benefited him. Once I started asking questions and inquiring about a completion date his demeanor changed. He was no longer courteous. I was polite and courteous even when he was not. Keeping funds for a job he did not complete is dishonest. That's not the kind of person that should be trusted with your vehicle or your money.

So we argued about that and come to find out they finally put it on the computer and drove it and it said there was a misfire in a coil, well no crap you took half my engine apart and once the coil got put in it was fine. So then the owner was going to test drive a vehicle apparently when I arrived and I told him I needed to talk to him and the guy left and never came back! Wow! Also there's more vehicle was supposed to be fixed in 3 days took them 8 days, because he lied and said he could start on it as soon as it came in and I even told him if he couldn't start on it I would pick it up and take it somewhere else but he reassured me that he would start on it. I have never wrote a review about someone and I put God above all but if your even thinking about using them don't.
